Last weekend, a group of my Taiwanese friends and Nobuya went to the Gold Coast. Nobuya comes from Japan. He is my classmate. We studied, had lunch, went to many places together and had a lot of fun. It’s a little sad that he went back to Japan yesterday morning. We had a big goodbye party on Friday night at Kangaroo Point. It’s a great place. The night view from there is gorgeous. We took a train to the Gold Coast on Saturday morning and spent the whole afternoon in Surfer’s Paradise. We played on the sands, took many pictures, walked around and talked. What a relaxing time. We rented an apartment near the beach, and took part in a local tour at night. We took bus to a rainforest to see glow-worms and the starry sky, and then we chatted, watched some DVDs and movies the whole night. Suddenly, it’s morning, and then we saw the sunrise. It’s glorious. After sleeping two hours, we went to Harbor Town. There are many outlets and boutiques. When we came back ot Brisbane, it was night. It was really a relaxing and happy weekend.
